The capsule hotel has a sauna and luggage storage space. Extremely convenient location, right in front of the station and next to shopping streets full of restaurants and people. The lounge still is the best I’ve been in, hundreds of manga, incredible views watching over the station front with huge windows. There also were two gaming systems with 2650 different retro games from different platforms and eras to play with a controller. Even some extra gym equipment to use while watching the view. Vending machines inside were convenient and not that pricey. The recliner chairs with attached chargers and tablet stands were comfortable. Nice small bath area with soap products provided, and even a small mildly warm sauna. Sleeping area was stylish and comfortably dark.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The amenities were very convenient.
We enjoyed the big, onsen baths. staff are friendly and take time to explain our questions. Breakfast is amazing. I never had a Japanese buffet breakfast this great. we stayed only 1 night and expected Onsen and breakfast, so we are satisfied guests!
The traditional Japanese meals were authentic and amazing. Our room was very spacious. Friendly staff, especially at dining. Great little gift shop in the lobby. Hot baths were authentic, spacious and with the option of bathing indoors or outdoors or in your own, private bath at an added cost.
The location is really convenient as it is near to the train station. The staff is also polite and friendly. Check-in & check-out were fuss free.
Finally, it's no longer a Japanese-style plastic bathroom resembling a mold, but instead a tastefully designed Japanese tile bathroom. The cement walls and wooden veneer in the room are also carefully crafted. Another thing I love is that it's conveniently located near a train station, but once you're inside, it's surprisingly peaceful. It feels like a hidden garden within the city, with the morning sunlight streaming into the room, creating a very comfortable atmosphere.
This is a design hotel with a young atmosphere. The room we stayed in was the biggest and nicest we had during our 2 week stay in Japan, very well designed (japanese+scandinavian inspiration), very spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, adjacent to the train station and cable car, and close to the museums. Nice restaurant, great modern food offering. I really enjoyed this hotel and would recommend it without hesitation!
Friendly and helpful front desk gentleman who help us with our check-in, queries on itinerary and departure timings, etc. We would like to comment him for his good service. Private onsen was a good experience for the family. The family also enjoy the buffet breakfast which included some Japanese flavours.
Lovely room, very spacious with private hot spring bath. Beds weren't the comfiest. A bit of a journey from the station but that is a lot of the hotels in the area. Best value price wise in the same area I would say. Onsen facilities and traditional Japanese food for dinner and breakfast available. Very peaceful. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Location near the main attractions of Yokohama and very conveniently close to the metro entrance. Since we booked a larger room, the roomsize was excellent, but unfortunaltely there was no view from the room! Breakfast was mainly Japanese, but there were some western items, so that was just fine for everybody. Staff was friendly and professional.
