Our connected rooms were very big and fresh in spite of the warm days outside and the warm pool was a very big bonus for us, the kids loved it! :) Breakfast was lovely with fresh products and always some extras from the hosts. Casa Carvalhal is the perfect spot to relax and to use as a base to visit the beautiful centre of Portugal. Not far you have river beaches and many other attractions. However, without any heating, no net and tv with national channels with a weak antenna with lots of interferences... with winter approaching it was very uncomfortable the cold... and without net we could hardly work...
