This was the best kind of experience one could hope for, like being a guest at an Italian house, except having your own private bungalow. The property is in a quiet area under the shadow of Italian stone pines, meaning it is significantly cooler than the rest of the town. There are AC units in the bungalows but I never needed them despite 31 degrees outside. Windows have antimosquito nets, so I never had problems inside. If you'd like to use the outside terrace, however, you might want to pack a spray. There is no lack of parking. Despite no Internet promised on the booking, I was told the password, and the connection was rather robust. And the cabin was spotlessly clean on my arrival. But the best thing is the owners. They truly care about their guests. For me, they went above and beyond. They respond quickly via Booking.com app, or you can typically find them at the entrance to the property. I highly recommend Parco delle Viole.

Incredible friendly staff. I was traveling with my 2 little kids and even though we didn't speak any Italian, Angelo and his colleagues were so friendly and helpful that it made our stay at Mare Pineta truly exceptional!

Pool was clean and well maintained. 5-minute walk to beach. 2 beach chairs and umbrella every day included. AC included even though they said it wasn't. We had a bungalow and a mobile home. Spots were nicely spaced with bushes and trees between each. Bungalow had a good bed, nice layout, plenty of storage. Wifi was available everywhere although they said it would not be. Generally the place was as good or better than expected. They could provide more accurate information and it would have been even more attractive before reserving. The beach was very good. Sand, nice waves, not busy on weekdays.

the host family is very friendly and lovely. we had very good talks and they give one the feeling of being a member of the family. the caravan is well equipped and does not lack any service. the camping is located about 700m to the sea. i recommend it.

The proximity to the sea, the well equipped kitchen, the kindness of the personal manager responsible with check in, the multitude of trees, lots of the green, shadow and peacefulness, the big terrace, the little salamanders dozing in the sun, our kids loved them, the parking close to the caravan, in the shadow.
