Kitchen facilities were very well presented and had a good range of equipment. Showers were shared and open plan without curtains, so if you're not European, Nordic or comfortable showering in front of others then you will need to choose your time to shower. Alternatively you can ask about the holy shower. Northern light hunting is easy with a short walk up the hill behind the campsite. The check-in process is smooth and easy. The staff were friendly. The camping pods are small but cozy. The facility is fairly well-maintained and clean.

Hot tubs were a great addition too. Camping pods were cosy and beds were comfortable. We ordered the linen package and the linen was clean with decent towels. I did like the little touches that the owner has done to incorporate troll culture into the facility. I’m looking forward to reading one of his books :)
