The accommodation was perfect (we appreciated the private plunge pool and loved the large comfortable bed). The meals varied and delicious. Most of all were the six game drives with James (JD) at the helm. We saw a wide variety of animals including 4 of the Big 5. Thanks to a wonderful team for making our little vacation memorable.

Our stay at Misty Mountain was incredible!! We stayed in the stargazing cube and were in heaven! Watching the stars as we lay in bed was beyond amazing! The staff are incredible and the food is delicious! We were made to feel extra special from the moment we arrived. It is pricey but worth every penny! We felt like royalty! Thank you!

Location. Location. We have never stayed in a more idyllic place. The dome is a fully kitted out ecolodge with some of the most amazing views of the sea during the day, sunset at dusk and then the stars at night. It is so private you cannot hear anything apart from the sound of the sea crashing and the wildlife in the trees. It has an AC unit so despite being a glass dome doesn't get too hot. It has a smart TV that comes out from the end of the bed, so you can snuggle up at night and watch a movie. It has a BBQ and picnic Braai hampers are provided on request so you can BBQ whilst watching the sun go down. We didn't use the hot tub because it was too warm but could imagine this would be lovely in the cooler months.
