The staff was very fast at responding to messages, they were quick to adjust to our delay and were very helpful on our arrival. We recommend trying the local grape juice while watching the sunset and the breakfast package is a great way to start the next day! It would be a great addition to the food menu if the BBQ package offered a vegetarian option, and/or chicken meat only :) Overall, the facilities are very spacious and clean and the view is spectacular - wake up just before the sunrise and witness the magical colors fill the sky around mt. Fuji! One thing to note is that during the autumn season there were a few stinkbugs(?) that made it inside the sleeping area. So if you're a bit squeamish with bugs make sure to do a thorough check before going to sleep ;) We were very satisfied with our stay and would love to come back some day!

Nice , big and very clean tent with fantastic view facing Mt. Fuji. Good kitchen with all the facilities needed. Definitely will book this glamping place again.

Nastanitev HOSHIFULL DOME FUJI se nahaja 3,2 km od znamenitosti zabaviščni park Fuji-Q Highland in ponuja vrt, teraso ter skupno kuhinjo. It's a magic place. The staff was amazing with us even we didn't speak the language, they tried very hard to communicate with us and provide us with the best service. That is the type of attention that differentiates them even more. The dome was incredible. The bathrooms were super clean and they have many amenities such as soap, dryer, toothbrush, etc.

Nastanitev Glamping Dome YOSHIMURA s klimatsko napravo je v mestu Fujikawaguchiko in ponuja balkon. Absolutely beautiful view of Mt Fuji, just as advertised - uninterrupted and exclusively perfect view. The place is huge so you can visit as a family or as group of friends. The place looks as advertised. It is also within walking distance from the bus terminal to the accommodation but you will need to lug your luggage on the road.. so if you have heavy bags and travelling with young kids, it may be better to drive.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, one of our hosts' English was a little patchy (and our Japanese very basic) but there is an app for that - and it was all fine and worked wonderfully by. The Dome tent was spacious, facilities great for glamping, and the view of Fuji truly spectacular. Dinner (self cooked food provided by the Hosts) was superb, more meat (and great meat choices) than 4 people should try and eat, we have two boys and they struggled. Given the choice I would stay again!

Magical, very special place with view of Mt Fuji, quiet and next to a big park with playground and a French bakery. Shuttle to Kawaguchiko station if you arrive by train. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. We didn't want to leave!

The simple tent was charming and allowed us to be in nature while having the creature comforts of beds, heaters and electric outlets. The meals exceeded expectations. Having stayed in both the tent and the Mars dome, we found the dome dinner/breakfast very good. But we enjoyed the tent dinner/breakfast even more – grinding our own coffee beans and having the crunchy granola and hot sandwich at breakfast, as well as the delicious stewed chicken at night. Appreciated the clean shower and friendly staff.
