absolutely amazing stay in beautiful surroundings. The game drives done by Lars were outstanding and very respectful towards the environment and animals. Mirjam was an amazing host. The cherry on top of the cake was an elephant walking by our tent at night. Hopefully see you soon!

Sausage Tree Safari Camp, tented camp en Balule Game Reserve

Sausage Tree Safari Camp is situated in the Olifant's West Nature Reserve in the Greater Kruger Park area.

Fantastic trackers Themba, Polite and Life who were like magicians conjuring animals from the bush and found us the big5 and more. The camp is very small with just 6 tents which gives it a nice relaxed atmosphere, and the other guests were all lovely. Our tent (no3/Elephant Shrew) was in front of a watering hole which had elephants visiting every day.
