We had a fantastic stay at Entumoto! The rooms were spacious and clean, filled with all amenities and the service we received was exceptional. Alex was our guide for our game drives and he was incredible and so knowledgeable! We received great food every day and some highlights were a surprise lunch in the middle of our safari day. Our experience was really tailored to what we wanted. Would highly recommend! Also the views were amazing from the camp.

An amazing place for a luxurious safari holiday. The staff were amazing, great service. From the wet towels when you step off the jeep, to the food (amazing chefs), to the room staff. Every time we even stepped out of the tent, our bins were emptied, bed was made (even when we were going to check out), and room set. Game drives were amazing, guides knew their stuff and worked together to find the big 5. We stayed in Giraffe Cliff which was an amazing place. On the first night we had elephants right outside our tent, breaking branches at 1am! Every night the elephants were around, sleeping around the tents, but staff were always on site to guide us with torches if we ever needed to get around. They've thought of everything. We had an amazing time there, and would highly recommend it.

The self-standing rooms and tents at the Rhino Camp have private bathrooms with a shower and come with slippers and free toiletries. Guests have their own veranda, and all the units are linked by a pathway flanked by indigenous trees.

Any request from us was not a problem for the staff. We had an infant in the party as well as our requests for vegetarian meals all were provided promptly. The Chef himself would come and check with us many times for conformity. They would wake so early to make sure our meals are ready by 4.30 in the morning. In that remote part of the world they ensure the cleanliness of the food, all takeaway items wrapped in top grade, clean, environmentally healthy packing. The Manager himself would come to us all the time to check on our well being.

Spacious room with good mattress, I slept very well. Had four brilliant days of Safari here and the people were lovely. If you want to support conservation then stay in this lovely lodge run by the Masai rather than in one run by foreign companies.

Osero Lodge is a beautiful base for an incredible trip to the Masai Mara. If you get a chance to go on safari then DO IT! It's life changing. The staff are so kind and attentive and the masai guards escorting you to your tent is so comforting when you feel like you are out of your comfort zone.

Facility and tents were very cool, especially the atmosphere in the large tent for meals and the fire place. At night there were guides that helped you get to the tent, which was helpful. Food was very nice and it was very easy to get the vegetarian option.

The camp is really nice and the staff were super helpful. Even when one of us was unwell due to anti-malaria medication, the staff were so helpful, especially Grace. Our safari guide Simon was also excellent! Nice food and great restaurant service from the staff.

Location is amazing; the man in the restaurant ruined my supper by demanding payment in exchange for providing cold water. That was an attitude issue more than a financial one. Apart from that, the location is great. Minor staff members who were there to transport you to tents and other locations were really cordial.

Great location: a remote, quiet and peaceful camp (7 km from the park gate / village); access road not bad in dry season with a high car / 4 wheel drive Very friendly and helpful staff Comfortable and spacious tents with a big bed A well organised bush dinner at night around a fire with Masai food and Masai staff, far more pleasant than the usual quick jumping dance show that we can find everywhere else A good value for money in Masai Mara

The tents were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and made you feel welcome and at home. The Massai warriors be god guarding the camp at night from ant unwanted wildlife visits was very re- assuring and they would walk you to your tent at night so your felt safe walking the pathways.

The lodge ambience and the staff service were exceptional Though located in the wild Masai Mara Reserve , the lodge makes you feel at home and cozy . With an additional fee; they can plan a safari tour with a masai guide and provide picnic for your tours . Worthy of mention is the manager; Mr Daniel and Dunson - the dining supervisor ; they were really kind. Would visit again and recommend facility for a wonderful safari and holiday experience.
