Volcano Eco Cabin Retreat is a chalet situated in Volcano, 16 km from Kilauea and 9.6 km from Volcano National Park's entrance. We loved everything about the accomodation. The atmosphere is wonderful, in the middle of a forest, calmness, silence, beautiful starry nights, jungle sounds. The lodge has everything you need, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, good wifi, everything is clean. It is very close, about a 20 minutes drive to Volcanoes National Park. I highly recommend to stay here if you visit Big Island. The hosts are so kind and helpful they really put their hearts and mind into this little lodge. Situated in Kailua-Kona and only 8.9 km from Kaloko-Honokohau National Historic Park, Hale Hualalai features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. I've never rated 10 a B&B nor an hotel, but this time everything was perfectly amazing: location with outstanding view, a very cozy big room, the homemade breakfast with products taken directly from the farm, even the noise of the nocturnal animals (it induces sleep!). Ricky and Irine are very kind and nice hosts, and provide you lots of info about the island. Definitely a 10 to me!

Set within a tropical rainforest, this self-catering accommodation is located in the town of Volcano on Big Island, Hawaii. Alii Kane Cottages is a gem in the jungle. The place is really nice and staying there highly recommended. We especially liked the BBQ in front of the apartment.

Wonderful place with an amazingly kind host - Irene. She was welcoming and warm. Delicious and healthy breakfast full of tropical fruit and local coffee was the perfect start of every day spent there. Quiet and lush rainforest surrounds the location. An amazing place to live!

The location is easily the most beautiful on the island. The swimming beach was fantastic and my husband was pleased to be able to snorkel right on the property every day. The breakfast and different options for food were plentiful, healthy and delicious. And the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, special and comfortable. We also enjoyed the complimentary yoga and sound bath sessions and I enjoyed a world class facial with the excellent Cindy at the spa. We loved the whole experience and will be back!
