Well located in the centre of Funchal, Barceló Funchal Oldtown provides air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness centre. The hotel and staff overall were perfect. Beautiful location, great breakfast, very nice rooms... The hotel is situated in the very center, so it is close everywhere. Also the roof swimming pool is great!

Three House Hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and terrace in Funchal. The location was perfect to explore Funchal, free parking also included. The room and the service was incredible.

Fantastic location with lots of restaurants within a short distance. The rooms were impeccably clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Iso ja hyvätasoinen hotelli saaren lounaisosassa, vajaa tunti lentokentältä pikatietä pitkin. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta, useampi ravintola ja kohtuullinen Spa-osasto. Palvelut toimivat. Yökerhoja kaipaaville ei paras vaihtoehto sen enempää hotellina kuin paikkakuntanakaan. Valitussa huoneessa ollut vuode oli riittävän kokoinen, ilman tarkistusmittausta 220x260. Myös peitto riitti kummallekin.

Aqua Natura Madeira tarjoaa 4 tähden majoitusta tyylikkäissä huoneissa, joista on näkymät Atlantin valtamerelle. Even in bad weather you can still relax with a view of the sea :) Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. Parking at the hotel. The location is also good for trips to nearby levadas by car. We also ordered a massage (standard quality) and ate at a Japanese restaurant (longer wait, but good food). Wifi without problems.

Casa das Proteas sijaitsee Sítio da Felpassa S. Jorgessa Maderialla ja tarjoaa kauniit näköalat Madeiralle. Majoituspaikassa on ulkouima-allas ja vehreä puutarha. Funchaliin on 50 km:n matka. Breakfasts were great also the view and the peaceful area. The staff were very friendly and Teresa (the owner) is a very professional and kind person. Totally recommended!

I can say that if we come to Madeira again then it is because of this place and I mean it. This place has everything you need for your perfect stay: a breathtaking view from the balcony (make sure your room has it), a cosy modern room with all the necessary facilities (minibar, safe, coffee machine, tea kettle, tea, coffee capsules, bathrobes, slippers etc.), lovely spa with pools, sauna and hot tub, great breakfast with lots of varieties, outstanding restaurant with friendly staff, delicious local cuisine and stunning view from the terrace, wonderful bar with live music and top standard cocktails and local spirits. I would like to thank especially Marlene, the bartender, who was extremely helpful and caring, telling interesting stories and facts about Madeira, making our stay unforgettable. Also, Aurea , who showed us a wine cellar and made a short tour even if it was closed yet. We are so thankful to all the team including reception who is doing the utmost job to make their guests feel welcomed and I am sure that the manager is reading this. You have done everything right, your hotel is like a big family where each member takes care of each other and treats the guests as members of the family and we could feel this. I wish you and your team all the best. We will be back one day to experience this hospitality again which is rarely seen around the world.

Tämä design-hotelli sijaitsee kunnostetussa perinteisessä maalaistalossa, joka on Atlantille päin olevalla kalliolla. The nature of hotel is insane. I liked our stay and the staff was very friendly . We booked for a wrong day and they still accommodate us without penaltyis. Thank you for everything.

Situated in a restored 18th-century home, Casa Da Piedade offers a lounge with fireplace, outdoor garden with barbecue and brightly decorated rooms. Wi-Fi and parking are free. Amazing place,very nice and clean room with helpful staff Rubinha was so great!

Hiljattain kunnostettu 4 tähden Hotel Baía Azul sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla 4 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Funchalin rannalta. Impressive property, great location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast with great variety of options, complimentary shuttle to and from downtown Funchal. We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay!
