Paraíso Douro AL is located in Lamego, 2.8 km from Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary, and provides a balcony, garden, and free WiFi. The property features 10 rooms and 7 bungalows. The view was breathtaking, the bungalow was very very spacious, airy and the glass wall really made the views all the more spectacular when we woke up to them. Beautiful property, 3 pools, gorgeous views throughout.

Lovely place, very well decorated! Great work of renovation so that the hotel keeps authentic character while gaining comfort. The hotel personnel is very sweet and helpful. Amazingly nice staff, beautiful property, and the most delicious breakfast you can imagine. Dinners in the restaurant were excellent too. Great location for exploring Douro Valley as well. We are dreaming of going back!

Maria was very friendly and accommodating and prepared the most delicious dinner on the patio overlooking the.pool and vineyards. It was located on the first floor by a staircase above a very popular pasteleria which is where breakfast was served. This was one of the best breakfasts we have had and staff could not have been more helpful in ensuring we had everything we wanted during our 2 night stay. Car parking was very easy and convenient and free which was an added bonus. The guesthouse is also close to the train station We highly recommend A Tendinha to anyone staying in Peso da Regua who can manage a short flight of stairs.
