The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. The guest relations team was excellent - Amin, Lilian, and Marcelo were friendly and warm. They provided great cuisine recommendations and a brief overview of local activities. The hotel location was also walking distance from the town center and restaurants. I'll strongly consider booking the Roots again when I visit Faro.

Joana and Clara were both very communicative and helpful. Leandro who was at the dock brought breakfast on time and was attentive. Overall, this was an amazing experience. Will definitely book again
