The hotel is in the very center of town, it has beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking to church, old city roofs. Interior looks like you are in the palace, luxury experience! The service is excellent, I loved the staff! Breakfast is fantastic!

Susana is an amazing host, and the place is absolutely beautiful. Even sharing the bathroom wasn't a problem, since they take good care of the hygiene and leave cute little reminders for the guests to pick up their stuff. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of home made products (jams, cake, granola). The location is amazing, we had free parking and were a few minutes of walking distance from all the sights.

Quinta do Vau is located in Mértola by the Guadiana Rivar and offers panoramic views of the scenic town and the Guadiana River. We were upgraded to the small apartment on the cortyard så we had everything we wanted, so nice that we stayed an extra night

I had a wonderful, peaceful, and comfortable stay. Not a bad walk to the castle. The staff was friendly and very helpful and accommodating when I asked about visiting some of the menhirs around the area. As I traveled alone, it's good to know that people care. Would return for a longer stay! Thank you!
