Amazing service with amazing people. Everybody is taking so well care of you that it is very very difficult to leave. You feel home immediately. The hôtel is brand new, everything is super well thought about and nice and clean. The spa is a great plus to relax. The breakfast is perfect, with nice local products. Congrats to the amazing team. We'll be back.

Great staff, decent breakfast options. Wonderful atmosphere. Staff had great tips on places to see, things to do and spots to eat, not just in Como but in other cities as well. Definitely a great atmosphere and vibe here.

The hotel building is lovely, situated in a central location just a 2 minute walk from the ferry which is extremely convenient. Our room was clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet had a little bit of everything. Highly recommended!

The location is great, the rooms are large and very comfortable! The view is also wonderful, directly overlooking of the Lake Como. The staff is very helpful, very friendly and polite! The breakfast was also very good.
