A Ashfield Guesthouse, uma propriedade com lounge compartilhado, está situada em Douglas, a 1 km do TT Grandstand, a 12 km da Roda Laxey e a 22 km do Castelo Rushen. I loved my stay at Ashfield. My partner and I loved the room. The big windows, the view from the windows, the king bed, the cosy bathroom, the delicious breakfast, the friendly owners... Wow! What a great place to stay! My partner and I booked this for a weekend to attend our friends' wedding. We enjoyed the place so much. We loved waking up to a delicious Full English for breakfast with fresh coffee and juice. There's a little park outside the property, and the main attractions of Douglas are just a 10-min walk. The staff were so lovely... we had a great time! Highly recommend it! Also, they had these mints at the entrance.. uff I became obsessed!

The room and bed were very comfortable and the location was great. We brought our car with us and street parking was plentiful and free. The hosts were wonderful and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

The house is magnificent , the decor elegant , food was sensational , price was very reasonable but the real gem here is the host . Margaret goes above and beyond in every aspect of her role as a host , the attention to detail in every aspect from breakfast on thru to the daily linen and cleanliness is second to none . When we return to the Isle we won’t stay anywhere else . In 16 years traveling over 70 countries we have never given a 10 accept now . Congratulations Margaret and THANK YOU you made our stay on the island just what it should be “ PERFECT “

Com vista da montanha, o The Cottage, Bridge House oferece acomodações com jardim e varanda térrea, a cerca de 1,7 km da Praia de Laxey. Just returned from a lovely 4 night stay at The Cottage. This is a beautifully presented quirky one bedroom cottage, perfect for the two of us. Upon arrival The Cottage was immaculate & is very well supplied with everything you need for a self catering holiday. There is instant hot water even when heating isn't on, shower has great water pressure too. There is a small private patio area off the kitchen which we didn't use during our stay but in height of summer will be a lovely place to sit. The cottage is alongside the electric railway embankment & viaduct; we believe the cottage was there long before the railway (very slight noise as the train passes, but not intrusive at all). Approx a 10 mins walk to Laxey Beach which when we were there the sun was shining & the bay was a busy & happy place. We used (for the first time) public transport into Douglas, buses were every half hour up until 10pm, then hourly (good app available to check times etc). Short walk up some slightly steep hills onto the main road where there's local shops, pubs the electric railway & where you pick up public transport. Highly recommend & would definitely look at staying here again next time we're on the island.

Oferecendo vista do mar, o Halvard Apartments at Castletown é uma acomodação situada em Castletown, a 50 metros do Castelo Rushen e a 22 km do TT Grandstand. The accommodation was exactly as described, bigger than I'd imagined and in a beautiful setting. It was wonderfully clean and high quality with everything we could have needed including the small important things we always forget in self-catering - washing up liquid, tea towels, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets etc. Asma and Lisa could not have been more helpful or accommodating. A perfect stay, thank you so much.
