Located in Annecy, 36 km from Rochexpo, La Perle du Semnoz provides accommodation with a spa and wellness centre, free WiFi, a 24-hour front desk, and a lift. This place definitely delivers. Everything wonderful. Great communication, great kitchen, I loved cooking here! In the US we have corporate-captured toxic food, so to cook with wholesome, quality ingredients as available in France was a joy and this kitchen made it fun. Clearly the hosts care about their guests and that care is reflected in every detail. We will always remember our three nights here and hope to return some day. Annecy is magical, not to be missed! " Le petit bonlieu " au centre ville et à 500 m du lac ตั้งอยู่ในใจกลางอานซี ห่างจากศูนย์ประชุม Rochexpo 32 กม. และห่างจากทะเลสาบ Bourget Lake 37 กม. We loved the place, right in the city centre, near everything! Very well equipped as well and great communication with the host! Bonus some lovely christmas decoration!

Great location! and you have a dedicated parking spot, which was super cool! The apartment is very nicely decorated and the view of the river from the kitchen window is captivating! can take up to 6 people, big "backyard" with a chair swing, and an outdoor dining area, and a nice chill/ sitting area. Oh and a great plus was the dish washer and the washing machine. I think it was less than 8 minutes by car to the lake :) Boooook ittttttt ^^

Stunning location with a lovely balcony overlooking the lake - great facilities in the apartment with comfy beds and a good shower.

Very upscale hotel with beautiful rooms and common areas. We did not use pool, but looked very nice. Location was great and all staff very nice and helpful!
