Very very well located -- literally the block down from the important center. Very responsive, well equipped for cooking and cleaning and washing. They made sure to accommodate all needs -- for example, I needed a drying rack for the washer, so they showed up shortly with one later.

She’s an excellent host, always there to reach out for any sort of help. She cares great deal of her guests. The flat has all the essentials / amenities you might need. I also LOVED the balcony.
