The apartment is situated in the heart of the old city but still very peaceful. When we were visiting local rugby team has won European championship so there were a lot of parties in the city but there was barely any noise coming to the apartment. The apartment is decorated eclectic but very chic, so one can see that Virginie has an amazing taste! The bed was very comfortable with quality bedsheets, so even if I was 7,5 months pregnant when visiting, I had a most comfortable sleep.

Breakfast fresh baguettes and a brioche loaf provided for first day. Multiple coffee option capsules or plunger provided. A welcome bottle of wine & potato chips. Great location to visit all the sites or shopping. Our host was onsite and attentive to any needs. The room contained owners own art work and information brochures (French) and a few novels in english. Parking is offsite we managed to get free parking in close by public car park. Overall would highly recommend the studio rooms for 2 when visiting La Rochelle.

Excellent location, beautiful property with high ceilings and shutters. Excellent small kitchen with all that is necessary and comfortable bed. Private terrace for use with lots of plants. interesting old building that has been renovated. Very helpful hosts and local information provided.
