In our first contact with Ms. Brigitte, the owner, she offered to pick us up from the airport. Our plane got delayed till 11pm. She still came to pick us up, in her car, helping us load and unload our luggage. She apologised to us that she won’t be able to take us back to the airport on departure date, as she will be away that week. This exceptional kindness continued in all exchanges during our stay. Back to the apartment. It is in France, very close to the Ferney-Voltaire customs post, but on a very calm side street, in a small compound with parking. It is walking distance to two supermarkets (Lidl and Carrefour) and to buses taking you to the centre of Geneva or the airport. The very clean, comfortable apartment consists of a first floor with a very spacious living-dining area, comfortable furniture, a most pleasant balcony surrounded by greenery, and a fully equipped kitchen and guest toilet. All appliances one can think of, including dishwasher and washing machine, are there. The second floor has a large landing, two bedrooms with closets and a full bath. The beds are comfortable, enough linen and towels are provided. Wifi works perfectly and there is a printer, pre-loaded with paper – if needed.

El hotel tiene todo lo necesario de manera sencilla pero efectiva y es muy limpio. El check in/out es muy rapido. Tiene un bar en planta baja ideal para un desayuno liviano o tomar una cerveza y se puede también cenar. El hotel te manda instrucciones de acceso y también una tarjeta de transporte público gratuito durante tu estadía. Pudimos también dejar el equipaje hasta que nos fuimos de la ciudad por la tarde.

Very clean, very beautifully decorated. The reality is much nicer than the photos. The hosts were very nice and super helpful. The location was great for me because my office was a 10 minutes walk away. The Grand Saconnex is a very beautiful suburb.
