The location of the hotel was very good: across the river from the train station and in front of the bus stop from the airport, and less than 10 minutes walking from the Old Town or the Playa de la Concha. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities needed to have a pleasant stay. The staff was very warm and welcoming.

Very wide options in breakfasts, you can find local delicacies for every type of diet, truly exceptional. Rooms are clean. The hotel ambiance is very nice, the main area is picturesque and nice to have some drinks in. The staff is very helpful. All in all a very good hotel and very good value for money.

Boasting a restaurant, free bikes as well as a bar, Arbaso Hotel is set in the San Sebastian City-Center of San Sebastián, 800 meters from Victoria Eugenia Theater.

This was the second time we have stayed here on our way from Paris to Lisbon by car, and once again it proved to be an excellent small hotel. Conveniently located to shops, the beach, and the old town, close to parking (though we opted for the convenient valet parking). What really impresses you though is when you enter the hotel. A cosy fire burning chimney in the lobby with comfortable sofas and relaxed check in with very friendly and professional staff over a beautiful designer table. The hotel is beautifully designed, with good taste, with details that have been thought out. Its not cluttered and feels warm. Room is another design beauty. Again, not cluttered but very comfortable. Quiet area at night. The condition of the hotel is impeccable. I only wish we had more of these hotels around Spain to visit. The other reviews seem to match mine. We did not use the restaurant/bar which is frequented by classy locals with its own street entrance, but heard that it was good. Highly recommended.

The hotel felt like a 5 star hotel in terms of look and service. The champagne welcome drink was a classy touch. The early check in for both rooms was another big plus in terms of service. The view overlooking the la plancha beach was fantastic.

    Kaikki sujui hyvin. Rauhallinen ja siisti hotelli. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Huone oli tilava ja mukava sekä ilmastointi pelasi ensiluokkaisesti kovalla helteellä. Aamupalalla kaikki oli laadukasta ja hyvää. 20 min kävely keskustaan. Takaisin taksilla, koska hotelli on mäen päällä. Taksi keskustasta edullinen noin 8-9 euroa. Olimme ystäväpariskunnan kanssa matkalla ja kaikki olimme tyytyväisiä hotelliin.
