Set 800 metres from St Bavo's Cathedral, Hotel The Boatel is located in Ghent. Free WiFi access is available in this boat. The host was super nice, knowledgeable about the area and very helpful. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was as expected, but clean and very functional and the shower was perfect! The location was great, it is only a few minutes walk to the buzzing center of town. Parking for our rental car was very close, and unlike most cities very cheap.

It was a wonderful experience, the room is perfectly equipped that you can forget you are on a boat. Great location with easy access to the center, but the atmosphere ensures a relaxing time. The breakfast was delicious! Highly recommended!
