staff were kind and flexible to our needs, havre is a main floor as requested, early check in given even though we did not ask and helped us with what to see, where too eat. loved watching all the electric boats, kayaks and paddle boards going by.

We loved the river bus to get to the old harbour 'Nyhavn' that passed a lot of landmarks, I downloaded the DOT app and paid for local travel that way. The meteo station and yellow boat bus are just steps away from the hotel. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area was pretty and felt very safe, yachts sea air and quiet.DonnaFamily with young children
