Bernard is such a hospitable host and his home-cooked meals were excellent, I ate and rested so well there. I had an issue with Air Vanuatu (good to have more buffer between international flights as last min flight changes seems to be a norm with this airline) and Bernard patiently helped me out with it, much appreciated! The house is in a nice local neighbourhood (nice field behind the property) with the airport and amenities of the town centre close by, it’s perfect as a base to explore Santo.

The site is ideal, baechfront, and there's snorkel equipment you can freely use to see the sunken artifacts right outside your door. Simple place but for the price its hard to complain. Don't go in expecting a luxury resort but for a simple bungalow right on the beach with good food available and kind people this is a great spot.
