The breakfast was excellent. Everything was homemade, organic and healthy. It was served beautifully and on time. We were offered a happy hour in an outdor area, but it was too chilly that day. We loved that the location was walkable to the historic district of Roanoke. The room was wonderful-comfortable bed and all the ammenities we could have asked for.

The house was well decorated, every little detail was thought out. I especially liked the dishes and cutlery, it was very nice to have an early breakfast with delicious croissants, coffee and fruit! The bed was very comfortable and I slept well! in the living room, I turned on the cartoon late at night with my husband and relaxed well! i really liked the scented soap and hand cream in every bathroom and clean fresh towels, the house smelled nice of freshness and eucalyptus, not intrusive and very good! I enjoyed every little thing in this house! I really wanted to stay there longer, it's a pity that it was time for me to leave, but I will definitely come back here again!

Great property, great room, great location, great people. We cannot rate our stay here highly enough (wish it had been for more than one night). Must not forget the lovely home cooked breakfast to help us on our way!!

Our hosts Ginger and David were amazing. A lovely couple. A warm welcome and tour of lodge and gorgeous property. Secure yard for our pup to run. Very comfy bed and pillows. Clean, secure rooms. Close to Treehouse Tavern for evening meal. Breakfast was delightful- shared by other interesting guests. Wish we could have stayed longer than one night. Hope to return.
