Beautifully restored Victorian house from 1875 in a charming Virginia City (after discovery of the Comstock silver lode). Andria our host is a historian, writer and has a huge depth of knowledge of VC and Nevada. We had wonderful chats over breakfast pastries and long into the evening. Absolutely loved our time here. Stayed in the Sam Davis (blue) room with stunning 100 mile view

We were pleasantly surprised of how well this property is handled. Facility is well maintained. Jenny is a fantastic host! Too bad we were just passing through. Would have not minded to stay another day or two if our schedule permitted it. The breakfast nook is also cozy and food is freshly cooked. I can’t give enough praise for this property. We appreciate as well her recommendation on visiting local attractions.

El Shady Lady Bed and Breakfast se encuentra en el estado de Nevada, a 49 km de la entrada noreste del parque nacional del Valle de la Muerte, y ofrece una piscina al aire libre y vistas a la piscina.... i absolutely loved everything about this place. i felt at home right away and i think that’s what Jennifer and Nigel try to achieve, make everybody feel welcome and treat them like family. after check-in i got a glass of wine and the hosts and all the other guests sat down on the front porch and we just enjoyed the evening and had a great time. in the morning we all had breakfast together and it was so delicious. the room was also perfect, big comfortable bed, nice shower and a bathtub. i’m so happy i found Jennifer and Nigel’s place. i had a really good stay. and i also recommend their place. it’s just about 2 hours outside of Las Vegas. hope to see you again :)
