The entire Inn was spotless! Housekeeping did a wonderful job at keeping not just our room but the whole Inn in pristine condition. There was always hot coffee and snacks in the lobby which was definitely appreciated! All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Also, I loved how the Inn was decorated for Christmas!

This house was in an excellent location for us and will probably be for you too. It was only minutes from my daughter's home and you could be in the center of Bar Harbor and the entrance to Acadia NP in minutes as well. It's a very private setting and the rooms are very spacious. In great weather, you can enjoy morning coffee on the deck. Be aware that you enter the property from the back door. By the time you stay here, the new two-car garage will be built. You need to pull around the side of the garage to get to the back door. There's a nice turn-around so there's no need to back in or back out with your car or truck. You'll really enjoy the huge kitchen and open living room. The owners are extremely responsive and proactive. That's a good thing.

The owners and staff were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The property is in a wonderful location and we were able to walk to local restaurants and shops. Our room was nicely appointed with views of the water. The breakfast area was extremely pleasant and the staff went out of their way to accommodate special food needs. A wonderful inn!
