What I particularly liked was the way that the B&B thought of the evening entertainment of guests, including (in a nicely retro way) an enormous choice of DVD and VHS films for use in one's own room. The ambience restored beautifully a home of a century ago. Above all, the host was highly attentive to guest needs.

Art and Lodging is located in South Bend, 4.7 km from Notre Dame Stadium, 5.7 km from University of Notre Dame, as well as 6.2 km from Bethel College. Very beautiful vintage large residential house, in outstanding condition with gorgeous wood floors and trim. Best lodging for the price. Far exceeded any expectation. Highly recommended, and checking in was super simple.

The inn is within walking distance to the town square, with plenty of restaurants and boutique shops. It is only 20 minutes from Indiana Dunes State and National Parks, which make for a wonderful day trip.
