The hosts were lovely and gave us local tips (one of them is a ranger at the national park). The room was so carefully appointed and the breakfast was fantastic, with so much food and a great variety. The garden outside the room was lovely too.

We liked the very clean rooms, the space was just enough for the two of us with two big suitcases. Also the balcony was a big plus and nice to hear the ocean sound. Check-in was flexible and easy, which is something we appreciated as we arrived rather late that night. Andy is a very welcoming host, he gave us tips on the area and explained to us how to use the washing machine etc. Would recommend this place !!

Raven and Mark made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed talking 'cats' and already miss her beautiful fur babies. Raven accommodated to our vegan needs for breakfast and coffee. Thank you for a memorable stay, loved our chats! Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The room was spotless and Tomami cleaned it every day while we were out. Hand made breakfast was also included which we got to eat in a small breakfast nook with ocean views. This B and B was paradise.

Mahana House Country Inn ligger strax utanför Hakalau, 20 km från Hilo. Detta rökfria boende erbjuder havsutsikt, gratis WiFi och gratis parkering. Rummen har en platt-TV med Netflix. Simply one of the best places worldwide we ever visited. There was fresh fruit and avocado in the fridge everyday and you are welcome to stroll around on the premises and pick any of the seasonal fruits. We ate lychee e.g. directly from the tree. It's a must if you visit big island and like to be in the less crwoded countryside.

Lory was absolutely fantastic in accommodating us, and the lovely charm of the place and its gardens are great assets.

I've never rated 10 a B&B nor an hotel, but this time everything was perfectly amazing: location with outstanding view, a very cozy big room, the homemade breakfast with products taken directly from the farm, even the noise of the nocturnal animals (it induces sleep!). Ricky and Irine are very kind and nice hosts, and provide you lots of info about the island. Definitely a 10 to me!

Aloha Junction B&B har en bastu och ligger på en 1,2 hektar stor privat, anlagd egendom. Du bor 10 minuters promenad från lokala butiker och restauranger. Aloha Junction is located 5 mins driving from Hawaii’s Volcanos National Park, so it is ideal to visit the park at different times of the day. The house and our room were nicely decorated and sparkling clean. Breakfast was great - many choices and different each day! The owners are a friendly, welcoming couple. Thanks for the lovely stay, we totally recommend it!
