Kilauea House is set in Volcano, 18 km from Kilauea, 45 km from Pana'ewa Rainforest Zoo, as well as 49 km from University of Hawaii, Hilo. Perfectly located a short drive from the national park entrance. The hosts were lovely and gave us local tips (one of them is a ranger at the national park). The room was so carefully appointed and the breakfast was fantastic, with so much food and a great variety. The garden outside the room was lovely too.

Located in Keaau, 20 km from Lava Tree State Monument, Ocean Breeze Inn provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and barbecue facilities. We liked the very clean rooms, the space was just enough for the two of us with two big suitcases. Also the balcony was a big plus and nice to hear the ocean sound. Check-in was flexible and easy, which is something we appreciated as we arrived rather late that night. Andy is a very welcoming host, he gave us tips on the area and explained to us how to use the washing machine etc. Would recommend this place !!

Boasting a balcony with sea views, a private beach area and water sports facilities, Ma'ukele Lodge can be found in Pahoa, close to Kaimu Beach and 21 km from Lava Tree State Monument. Raven and Mark made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed talking 'cats' and already miss her beautiful fur babies. Raven accommodated to our vegan needs for breakfast and coffee. Thank you for a memorable stay, loved our chats! Would definitely stay here again.

Offering a garden and mountain view, Coffee Garden is set in Captain Cook, 6.9 km from Kealakekua Bay State Historical Park and 7.4 km from Kealakekua Bay. Friendly staff, nice cats and dog. Beautiful ocean view and sunset from our room.

We loved our stay here! The room was spotless and Tomami cleaned it every day while we were out. Hand made breakfast was also included which we got to eat in a small breakfast nook with ocean views. This B and B was paradise.

Situated just outside of Hakalau, 20 km from Hilo, Mahana House Country Inn is a non-smoking property and features ocean views, free WiFi access, and free private parking. We stayed in the cottage for four nights. This might be the most private, newly remodeled and spacious room with a convenient kitchen bar in Hilo side. It is close to Akaka fall and Botanic park.

Located within 1.7 km of Rainbow Falls and 3.8 km of Lyman Museum & Mission House in Hilo, Old Hawaiian Bed and Breakfast provides accommodation with seating area. Great, quiet location. Lory was absolutely fantastic in accommodating us, and the lovely charm of the place and its gardens are great assets.

Situated in Kailua-Kona and only 8.9 km from Kaloko-Honokohau National Historic Park, Hale Hualalai features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. I've never rated 10 a B&B nor an hotel, but this time everything was perfectly amazing: location with outstanding view, a very cozy big room, the homemade breakfast with products taken directly from the farm, even the noise of the nocturnal animals (it induces sleep!). Ricky and Irine are very kind and nice hosts, and provide you lots of info about the island. Definitely a 10 to me!

Hale-Hoola B & B is located in Captain Cook. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a patio and a seating area. This is HAWAII. This couple, the dog, the view & the service is awesome. I‘ll recommend it to everyone.

Offering a sauna, Aloha Junction B&B sits on 1.3 acres of private, fully landscaped property. Guests are 10 minutes' walk from local shops and restaurants. Hawaii Volcanoes National Park is 3 km away.... Aloha Junction is located 5 mins driving from Hawaii’s Volcanos National Park, so it is ideal to visit the park at different times of the day. The house and our room were nicely decorated and sparkling clean. Breakfast was great - many choices and different each day! The owners are a friendly, welcoming couple. Thanks for the lovely stay, we totally recommend it!
