Cantinho do Piano are unități de cazare în Velas. This hotel was wonderful, I would absolutely stay here again if I ever return to Sao Jorge. The woman who ran the place was so kind and friendly. She let me check in early (I'm sure it's not always possible) and she gave me restaurant recommendations and told me a bunch of places to go see that were walking distance around town. The room was well decorated, comfortable, and modern. It was great to have a desk. The bed was really comfortable, so if you like beds that are a little soft, this was a good one. The shower was really good. There was a shared kitchen for guests to use, and even though I didn't really use it, it looked good and if I was staying longer, I would've made a few meals. The fridge in the kitchen had individual trays for each room so you could put stuff in there and keep yours separate from everyone else's, that was a nice touch. Overall this was a really fantastic hotel and I would definitely stay here again if I ever get back to Sao Jorge.

Tropical Fruit Garden is a detached holiday home, located in a quiet spot in the southern part of São Jorge Island, in Azores. the house was very comfortable and very clean. Don’t forget to get a tour of the magnificent gardens!

Caldeira Guesthouse is situated in Calheta, 100 metres from the Atlantic Ocean, in the Azorean São Jorge Island. Absolutely fantastic. The best place in Azores we have been to. And the food they make is delicious!

Casa Do Antonio is just 100 metres from Velas Port, offering spacious rooms with cable TV and free tea and coffee for guests. Rooms boast views across Pico Island, the sea or the port. Antonio was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean, the garden is beautiful and the location is also very good. Happy with our stay.

Casa dos Rui´s se găsește în Velas și are o grădină, un lounge comun, o terasă, și WiFi gratuit în întreaga proprietate. Această proprietate oferă o bucătărie comună, precum și un grătar. The place exceeded our expectations simply because of its host Rui! Maybe the room is a bit too small but Rui is a gem! He suggested some very best sport to visit on Sao Jorge, helped to solve return time issue with car rental company, suggested few really nice restaurants and even booked few taxi rides for us. We simply forgot about all the small inconveniences in the house, becase Rui made us spend a great time in Sao Jorge and if you read this, Rui, thank you very much!

Quinta Do Canavial is located in São Jorge Island and features sweeping views over the green areas of the island and of the Atlantic Ocean. The unit includes an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant.... The view and the whole housing complex were just charming. We loved the birds (cagarros) sound track every night =)

Perched on the mountains of São Jorge Island, Cantinho offers a furnished terrace with an infinity pool and a hot tub. It offers luxurious, air-conditioned apartments with a private patio. The suite has 2 decent sized bedrooms with king beds (2 twins together), which were very comfortable. One bedroom had a 3 piece ensuite bathroom and the other 3 piece bathroom was just down the hall from the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen had great appliances, including a washer and clothing steamer. We really enjoyed the patio area with inside views of the courtyard. It was a great location where we could easily walk to the gardens, harbour and shopping area.
