Comfortable bed, great shower and the service was above and beyond (eg we could leave our luggage in the room to be collected for storage during a two day hike and it was in our room when we returned, and, we were given a breakfast box when having an early start)

Spacious room with comfortable bed and sheets Rooftop area was relaxing to sit out and chill and has a very good kitchen area The homestay is located in a relaxed and quite area close to the bus station and not long of a walk to the town centre (30min) Owners were very nice, friendly and helpful. Very accomodating Would have loved to stay longer if we hadnt a bus booked

The staff were lovely - very helpful and hardworking. It was exceptionally quiet. We were on the ground floor at the back and felt like we had the sunny garden to ourselves. We had a massive room and a big bathroom and even an entrance sitting room. The decor makes you feel like you are staying in a 1920s castle. A characterful place. You had to walk up the hill to the town centre but it was only about 10 minutes & this meant the nights were quiet. Plenty of hot water.

There are only a handful of rooms, which makes the service feel very tailored and personal. Our room was spacious and the terrace was lovely - both for breakfast and for a drink in the evenings. The breakfast was prepared fresh (whenever we were ready) too.

The warm friendly welcome was so nice, the owners were amazing kind and helpful people and nothing was a problem for them. The location was excellent 5-7 minutes to the main square in Plaza de Armas, secure accomodation, very comfortable clean room great shower, there is a table in the communal area to have a hot drink and they prepared some bread and eggs, they were always happy to help

The first real Bed & Breakfast Hiking Hotel 'The Office' in Arequipa, Peru poskytuje zahradu, terasu a sdílenou kuchyň. Kostel Parroquia San Juan Bautista de Yanahuara je 2,3 km odtud. We had a wonderful stay at the B&B. Lauwrens is an exceptional host and we were spoiled a lot in Arequipa.

The accommodation was wonderful and clean with a very comfy bed and an excellent shower and the property is located in a lovely setting close to some beautiful walks, whilst still being not too far from the city centre. The breakfast was outstanding and the packed lunch was very affordable and very filling.

Very lovely people, we felt like visiting our grandma. Very nice clean room, great breakfast. Nothing to complain about. Perfect spot to experience real Peru and start point to get to Colca Canon.
