Nice to be able to walk to the CBD, good parking across the road, and comfortable bed and great bathroom. Highly recommended.

Featuring both rural and garden views, McIvor Lodge is situated in a tranquil country setting, on a small deer farm, just 10 minutes' drive from the centre of Invercargill. Free WiFi is included. I like the room, it was very cosy. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The location was ideal - it was in the countryside but still only 10 minutes drive into town. It was lovely to have breakfast with Anne-Marie and John in their kitchen and have a chat with them. John gave us a tour of his garden and let us feed one of his deer.

Whiteacres is set in Invercargill and features barbecue facilities and garden. Built in 1970, the property is within 5 km of Rugby Park Stadium. The property provides garden views and a terrace. Our two hosts were most gracious and worked to meet all of our needs. The breakfast was lovely and I enjoyed our conversations with the hosts. Very much appreciated touring their veggie garden! You can't go wrong with this accommodation. We arrived late and Clare met up with warm banana bread and tea:)

Located on a private rural property, just 5 minutes' drive from Gore, Hokonui Bed & Breakfast boasts rooms with free WiFi and free cooked breakfast. Beautiful setting. Had the upstairs king suite and amazing view of the area and stars at night. Shona and Brian were great hosts.

Set on 1.5 acres of landscaped gardens, Dunluce Boutique B&B offers rooms with a private balcony overlooking the lake and mountains. It features free Wi-Fi and a cosy guest lounge with a fireplace. Absolutely the best B&B / accommodation in Te Anau. Hannah, our host, was welcoming, thoughtful and helpful throughout our entire stay. The room was extremely comfortable and clean, made me feel right at home. The breakfast spread in the mornings are healthy and delicious. Can’t recommend this place enough!
