This is a historic hotel that is exquisitely decorated to feel like you have gone back in time to another century. The owner couple have made the experience very luxurious. The breakfast is refined and extensive. There are only a few rooms, and they are all beautiful. You are in a small farm compound with quaint barn structures and small fields next to a stream.

Skagakaia is located in Bø i Vesterålen. Offering a restaurant, serving breakfast and dinner based on local ingredients and tradition. WIFi, parking and bed linen are free. Everything. This place is a GEM. It’s a bit out there, but I like places that are a bit more removed. The view is spectacular, the room was clean and comfortable. Additionally, I arrived super late due to ferry schedules and was met by the owner who recognized I’d not eaten and made me dinner. We sat up and chatted for ages, she was so kind. It’s been just amazing and I can’t recommend this place enough.

We felt very welcome from arrival, to our departure. The hosts were exceptionally kind, the entire place was luxurious, homely, and modern - but traditionally Scandinavian. An extensive and quality breakfast, including eggs fresh from their own chickens - which left us full enough for an entire day of hiking. We definitely will visit again, if our travels bring us to Lofoten another time. Thank you to both hosts for your accommodating nature! Til vi ses igen!

Featuring mountain views, Aline's Stue, B&B Utskarpen in Fuglstad features accommodation, a private beach area, a garden and a shared lounge. The property has garden views. Great B&B with a wunderful host, we felt very welcome by Aline and Anton. The rooms are all very clean and the garden has a lot of possibilites to sit and enjoy the sea view. You can even go to a nice sand beach in a short 5min walk. The breakfast has everything you need and you see that a lot of effort is put into it. Can definitely reccommend a stay here!!
