Extraordinary atmosphere. Close walking distance to the center, but totally quiet. Sitting on the terrace with the jungle view, looking at the small monkeys in the trees around. Set just 42 km from Gregory Lake, leisure Mount View features accommodation in Haputale with access to free bikes, a garden, as well as a shared kitchen. Wonderful room with a spectacular view, well decorated, clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast was very extensive and delicious. Staff was friendly. The weather wasn't so great, sadly, but i will definitely come back in summer!

I have been traveling for a while and I needed a place to just chill and rest for a few days, Minthu Homestay couldn't have been a better choice for me. The views from the balcony are STUNNING, the breakfast is hearty, so goddamn delicious and fulfilling and the hosts are the loveliest people I have met in all of my travels. I sunbathed on the balcony and just caught up on sleep and rest while it was raining. Would 10/10 recommend and I will 100% come back!!! Oh and the water in the shower is hot and rooms are spacious and have literally everything you need.

Recommend this place if you want a quiet and relaxing holiday.

The staff of Eminence Ella was absolutely fantastic! The brother were both very caring and helpful, and served us the best breakfast we had on our whole trip! When we come back to Sri Lanka we will definitely stay here again.
