STUTHI VILLA is situated in Ahangama and has a pool with a view and pool views. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. I had a beautiful room with an outdoor shower which I loved. The garden is a real oasis with interesting wildlife to spot and it was really relaxing to spend some time by the pool before walking down to the beach. The garden here is really special and the architecture of the building is beautiful. The staff were super attentive.

Situated in Galle, 400 metres from Galle Fort Beach and 3 km from the centre, Arches Fort features air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a garden. This hotel is just beautiful - clean as can be, simple and elegant decor, lovely historic building, cute courtyard. The staff are friendly though they did ask if we were enjoying our stay about eight thousand times which was very sweet but did get a bit wearing. The price is unbelievable for this location and how nice a place it was - at least, at the time of this writing, our room was only 33 USD a night which is jaw-droppingly cheap considering what a lovely hotel and great location! In the middle of the fort, Spa Ceylon is just down the road (everything is just down the road, basically!) The air conditioning was crisp and cold. The welcome drink was a nice touch. The bathroom was very pretty though you're standing next to the toilet when you shower as it's a very small space, but I understand that because it is an historic building. Our room even had a tiny balcony which was a lovely touch. You can tell a lot of thought went into cleaning and restoring this building. Overall, I'd highly recommend staying here!

Set in Hikkaduwa, within less than 1 km of Hikkaduwa Beach and 2.2 km of Narigama beach, Mandara Rest offers accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. An amazing quiet place with lots of beautiful birds around. You can watch them taking their bath every afternoon. The owner was so kind and helpful. The beach was reachable by 10 -15 min walk. I would definitely come back again . You will enjoy this place a lot if you like the nature.

Boasting pool views, Mirage Beach House at Morava Court features accommodation with a private beach area, pool with a view and a garden, around a few steps from Narigama beach. I had a fabulous time at this hotel and was very sad to leave after four days. The staff are so kind and they keep the place spotlessly clean, despite being right on the beach. The hotel and feels like a small resort. The property is very quiet and it is easy to pass time between the beach loungers and the pool. The location is fantastic, being walking distance from many restaurants while also being away from the noise of the beach bars. It is also easy and convenient (and fun!) to take the bus to Hikkaduwa, the Tsunami Museum, or Galle from the road outside the hotel. Service at breakfast is also top notch. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with easy access to amenities in Hikkaduwa.

Featuring garden views, Alvas house offers accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 100 metres from Narigama beach. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free WiFi. Susanna and Tusharo (please excuse me if I’m misspelling the names :) were wonderful hosts. Welcoming and informative. It really felt like our own house. Spotless clean, equipped with everything a traveler needs, beautiful nature around, a garden well kept. Another great thing is the hosts really care about animals and Tusharo shared fascinating information about the connection local people share with the sea turtles (we got lucky and swam with them). The beach has some great surf. Would love to come back and stay more.

Attractively situated in Galle, Saman Beach Guest House features express check-in and check-out and free private parking. The property has sea and garden views, and is a few steps from Pitiwella... Saman og familien hans er veldig hyggelige. Veldig god frokost. Enkelt innredet rom med god seng og godt fungerende bad. Saman yter veldig god service, han er hjelpsom og kan ordne det meste for deg. Det finnes wifi på stedet, det kan være ganske ustabilt, noe som er vanlig i hele Sri Lanka. Hadde et veldig hyggelig opphold. Kan også anbefale Sandun, Bara beach Bar & Restaurant og Reggie bar for lunch og middag.
