The staff were super friendly and welcoming and explained all of the facilities really well. We also received recommendations for dinner and breakfast spots in the area which was very helpful! We ended up going to the udon restaurant we were recommended. The room itself was also very clean, had a heater which was great as the room was a little chilly and was overall very cosy.

There were fun games for the kids and plenty of beds for 6 of us. My favorite part wash having a washer AND dryer. The host was also very accommodating and let us drop off luggage early so we didn't have to travel with our suitcases.
