It was warm and had a kitchen that was perfectly adequate to cook a meal. The bathroom was modern with a generously sized shower. There were two bathrobes as well as towels. It was quiet and with parking right outside. The house is up the hill from the harbour and it was a bit cold (snow everywhere) to walk to the hot pools on the shore so we took the car, but I would estimate a 10 min walk in summer.

Located in the fishing village of Patreksfjördur with panoramic views of the fjord, this guesthouse has free WiFi and a guest kitchen. Very clean, enough space in the room, comfortable beds. Versatile breakfast was enough to bring me until afternoon. Very friendly young enterpreneurs. Lots of different kind of decorations all over the house. I would like to give 11 out of 10 if possible. I liked it very much.

The hosts are very kind and the stylish house is located in a fantastic landscape. It is also possible to use a hot tub and a swimming pool. We had a great time here and I can highly recommend this place! We are coming back for sure.

The most beautiful accommodation I have been to in Iceland. You can find books about puffins, relief, flora and fauna of Iceland. There are also games and multiple paintings with birds. It does not seem to be an accommodation, but a home in which the owners have put their soul. the location is gorgeous, it reminds me of the Lofoten islands. unfortunately it is not open in winter because there is a risk of avalanche, but you can catch the snow, as we did in the first days of October. I love the simplicity and Nordic influences of this place!
