Everything was great - location superb (beach is just 30 meters away), owner and staff polite, kind and professional, clean room (they were cleaning room and bathroom and changing sheets and towels every two days), nice and quiet surrounding. Tip - if you want to chill on balcony in the afternoon, while sun is on max, choose room with palm view, it's on the north side.

Ruban is an excellent host and is taking care to contribute positively to the environment and community in Palolem both through his Eco development (which are good value for money) and his yoga teachings. I really enjoyed my stay here, I was worried about not having AC initially but the fan was fine as the temperature drops at night. I enjoyed the ease of waking up and taking only a few steps to the yoga shala to practice an Ashtanga style class lead by Ruban. His wife also makes amazing tea! The location is perfect, it’s literally on the beach (as in you are walking in sand) and a 2minute walk to the ocean, in fact you can hear the ocean at night without the fan on.

The units at the guest house feature air conditioning and a desk. Sunita and Sai were amazing, accommodating and friendly hosts. My room was perfect. Their place is newly built and clean. The AC works well and you can hear the waves as you are falling asleep. It’s just steps from the beach. The wifi works well. Everything in Agonda is easily walking distance from their place. Sunita offers a per piece laundry service. Overall they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable during the duration of my stay.
