Michael and Margaret were super friendly, kind and hospitable. Catered for our vegetarian needs at breakfast and didn't mind in the least when I told them that I broke the (cosmetic) knob on the shower. They gave us some great tourist tips on where to visit and sightseeing driving directions.

Abhainn Ri Farmhouse has a stunning lake view location overlooking the Wicklow mountains and Kings River, as it flows into the Blessington Lakes. Very nice farmhouse, set in an idilic location, run by very nice and friendly family. The room was spotless, but yet the view is to die for. So is the breakfast, fresh and delicious. And to top it up, you can have a very nice and relaxing stroll down to the lake and say hello to the farm animals on the way. Lovely!

On Rathdrum’s main street offering free parking, the award-winning Stirabout Lane B&B provides spacious rooms, free Wi-Fi, and home-cooked breakfasts. Great value and, especially, by current Irish standards. Huge guest house, may be the biggest in the world !? Lovely breakfast. Lovely hostess. Large room. Everything needed was close by.

In a scenic, rural setting, Glen na Smole is located just 15 minutes’ walk from Wicklow’s centre, offering an extensive breakfast menu, free golf club hire, and free parking. Easy access by car, clean room with small nice seating area outside. Nice big bathtub, very relaxing. Great breakfast, had an omelet cooked to order very good taste and fluffy texture. Stayed only 1 night but left very well rested and happy with our short stay.

Surrounded by beautiful County Wicklow countryside, Lettermore Country Home provides warmly furnished rooms with free Wi-Fi. Ann was absolutely fantastic and really looked after us, great personal touch to the whole experience and the breakfast was fabulous!! Highly recommend booking!!

Really nice to be outside of the city and see the country. Driving on the roads were a little tight but made for a fun adventure. Breakfast was amazing as well! Fruit tasted so fresh and there were many options. Incredible stay! Louise was so fun to talk with, she shared much insight and was very warm and welcoming the entire time. Both her and Jimmy were amazing hosts and had so much to offer us for our stay.
