The air-conditioned accommodation is 600 metres from Sultan's Palace. the best accommodation you can choose , because of the location very close to the most tourist area of jogja but very quiet you can’t hear anything. the room and the shared bathroom was very clean and cozy. the staff is very friendly , you feel like home , they help us with a lot of stuff (activities to do around ect ). and the breakfast 😍 was amazing ,they change everyday and you have 2 choice sweet or salty ,everyone was happy .we didn’t find another accommodation with this level of food

Set in Yogyakarta and only 2 km from Fort Vredeburg, Rumah Jawa Guest House (Syariah) offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. It was a beautiful stay very different from the regular hotels and I would strongly recommend it to visitors coming to Yogya. The architecture is gorgeous, the place peaceful and the staff were so warm and hospitable, always ready with any help or information you might need. Even if you come without planning for a driver or tour, they would be able to arrange and it is slightly better priced than some online portals. The location is on a quiet street which is great for us. The breakfast is a wonderful spread which is served as an individual set in the courtyard garden when you are ready. Don't miss this! We had different menus on the 2 days we stayed.

We had a wonderful stay at Nomore. The room is lovely, location central, staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast tasty :)

Ndalem Suryo Saptono Guest House is situated in Yogyakarta, 2.7 km from Yogyakarta Tugu Train Station, 3.1 km from Tugu Monument, as well as 3.1 km from Malioboro Mall. Beautiful guesthouse built in traditional Indonesian style with a lot of characteristic wood carvings. The venue is located about 15 min drive from the busy city center. The location is very quiet. We had booked a family room for four. This was a very spacious room with two large beds, private terrace and bathroom. Breakfast is served on the private terrace and consists of omelet, toast, fresh fruit, cake and coffee/tea.

This is an amazing place if you want to immerse yourself into local culture. The host family was extremely helpful and provided me with lots of local experiences and ideas. If possible ask the host to help you with a ride to the airport or your next destination. I did and he was more of a local tour than transport. Can’t recommend this family enough.
