Set in Yogyakarta and only 2 km from Fort Vredeburg, Rumah Jawa Guest House (Syariah) offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. It was a beautiful stay very different from the regular hotels and I would strongly recommend it to visitors coming to Yogya. The architecture is gorgeous, the place peaceful and the staff were so warm and hospitable, always ready with any help or information you might need. Even if you come without planning for a driver or tour, they would be able to arrange and it is slightly better priced than some online portals. The location is on a quiet street which is great for us. The breakfast is a wonderful spread which is served as an individual set in the courtyard garden when you are ready. Don't miss this! We had different menus on the 2 days we stayed.

Located just 1.2 km from Sultan's Palace, Griya Asih provides accommodation in Yogyakarta with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a 24-hour front desk. Perfect housekeeping by a team led by Maria. Friendly and considerate staff. Maria made all arrangements for our day tours, gave us tips and recommendations for eating out and places to see, and she and her team made our stay a pleasant one. Special thanks to Maria, Diyana, Rizal and Brahm for that.

Snooze in Yogyakarta provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. The air-conditioned accommodation is 600 metres from Sultan's Palace. The staff is amazing, lots of kudos for them, they really helped us with our trip. The tours that they offer are great price value, so I totally recommend to take some tours from them.

"NOMORE" Gallery and Guesthouse is situated in the Kraton district of Yogyakarta, less than 1 km from Museum Sonobudoyo, a 13-minute walk from Fort Vredeburg and less than 1 km from Yogyakarta... Rolly i Lala ens han ajudat molt durant la nostra estància a Yogyakarta. Són super amables i acollidors. Ens van ajudar amb el tema de lloguer de motos fent-ho tot molt fàcil. També els contactes que tenen en diferents agències per visitar els temples de la zona han sigut molt acollidors i a preus molt competitius. Està ubicada al centre per visitar els diferents punts d'interès turístic de la ciutat. Esmorzars super bons, cada dia diferents i a la hora convinguda. Si tornem a venir a yogya no tindrem dubte de on anar. No és pot demanar més pel preu que té.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and views of mountain, Blue Garden Yogyakarta is a recently renovated guest house located in Yogyakarta, 11 km from Museum Sonobudoyo. It is out in a rural area well outside the city. Very peaceful and relaxing. Room was super clean and air conditioned with a large bathroom ( no a/c) and mini bar. ( Beer and cokes only) It has a small but good restaurant ( reserve meals in advance) and a lovely garden and pool. Looks out on rice fields with birds and nature all around. It is close.to a mosque and you can definitely hear the call to prayer. It added to the atmosphere for us and they turn down the loudspeaker for the 4am call to prayer!. You can borrow the bikes and ride through the working rice fields leased from the sultan. You certainly get to see authentic rural Javanese life but its not for those who want any kind of nightlife! Beer available but no wine, so bring your own if you want to relax over a glass while getting your authenticity!

Ndalem Suryo Saptono Guest House is situated in Yogyakarta, 2.7 km from Yogyakarta Tugu Train Station, 3.1 km from Tugu Monument, as well as 3.1 km from Malioboro Mall. Every morning we received local breakfast. Possiibilities to buy water and instant soups in the property. They provide a nice daydriver at the place for a good price.

Offering a selection of Indonesian breakfast and 24-hour front desk, Rumah Desa Homestay is located in Yogyakarta. Free WiFi access and complimentary parking are available. It was a fantastic place to stay. I had a great cultural experience and the location is just a stones throw to the Prambanan Temple, Ratu Boko Temple is very close as well and worth visiting. The Homestay was very well maintained and spotless, Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the owner (Henni). Henni and her Daughter (Flower) were extremely friendly and i felt very comfortable in their presence. Henni's home cooked food was very yummy and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The ambience of the place is traditional Javanese. The most heartfelt moment for me there was when Henni and flower surprised me with a Birthday dinner, It was a Nasi Tumpeng. I highly recommend this place for short or a long stay(I stayed for 4 nights) I would definitely come back and stay again. Thank you Henni for being a great host. Regards George Georgios (Australia)
