A really comfortable room that was clean and modern with a great air conditioner which we needed on such a hot day. We were travelling on bicycles and were able to keep them secure on the balcony outside our room. The cafe downstairs had cold drinks and a great view of the tennis courts from the balcony. Just a short walk over the bridge to town for restaurants and bars.

Situated in Dunapataj, Waterfront Lodge provides a spa and wellness centre, garden and shared lounge. This beachfront property offers access to table tennis, free private parking and free WiFi. This is an amazingly beautiful spot right on the lake. They had a hot tub and a sauna that they turned on for me and I got to enjoy the evening. It was also the best price one could help for! Really great deal.

This place is a gem. Great amenities, everything is beautifully maintained, fantastic value ... I could go on and on! I'm an American journalist doing a series of articles on cycling in Europe, and will highly recommend this stop to all. I needed a break from the heatwave and campgrounds and I got lucky with this stop. Easy check-in, friendly reception. The room(s) are just as nice as you would find at a fancy hotel, with great rates. Gracious host with fantastic people skills, and a tour of their wine cellar (and cold beer) to complete stay. If you're on a bicycle (or other), you need to stop here! I'm sure there are always those people that can nitpick about any stay but honestly you're not going to do better for a good night's rest.

Vizafogó Étterem és Panzió offers accommodation in Baja. The on-site restaurant serves Hungarian cuisine with emphasis on fish dishes. The location is perfect on the edge of the island. It has wonderful view from the room to the river and from the terrace of the restaurant. The breakfast was fine and the kitchen for lunch and dinner is perfect. The room size is huge for 3 of us.
