Stayed here with my husband's four siblings and spouses. The rooms are lovely, some larger with jacuzzi some smaller. Had a great time at the outdoor bar across the parking area and the bistro across the main street. The hotel is self check-in, no front desk concierge. We did meet the staff in the morning and they were very friendly. The signage is minimal. The hotel entrance is on the first floor of what appears to be an apartment building

The host is exceptionally friendly, helped us with tips for our trip and is very careful to meet all the guests' needs. She served us the very rich breakfast every day at the table and coffee was made freshly. We really liked that the rooms and the bathrooms where huge, finally a place where you have enough place to put your stuff. The rooms and breakfast/eating area/terrace are decorated with attention to detail and very cute 🥰 Easy to rich by car and place to park. I recommend this place

Hiljuti renoveeritud majutusasutus Solemar Luxury Rooms asub Zadaris, Maestrala rannast 1,4 km ja Kolovare rannast 2 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on tasuta WiFi-ühendus, parkla ja terrass. The property was very secure and accessible with the contactless checkin. It was within reasonable walking distance to everywhere we needed to go.

Villa Lukas pakub merevaatega majutust koos lõpmatuse basseini, aia ja grillimisvõimalusega. Dječji raji rand on umbes 300 meetri kaugusel. Fabulous host who could not do enough to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Our breakfast by the pool was plentiful and delicious with good coffee as well. I wish we had chosen to stay longer in Sukosan than in Zadar.

This was one of the best stays I've ever booked with Booking.com, Airbnb,... The room was completely as advertised and it was CLEAN. The hostess super friendly, an assortiment of snacks was laid out for us upon arrival with the AC set to a comfortable 24⁰C (very welcome during this horrible heatwave). All of the facilities listed on the ad were there and all of them were modern. Superb location as well, close to the center of Zadar, a 4 minute drive takes you to the cheap parkings of the city.

Iva new room with private suite asub Zadaris, 2,4 km kaugusel Karma rannast, 28 km kaugusel Kornati jahisadamast ja 30 km kaugusel Biograd kultuuripärandi muuseumist. The room was very clean and comfortable. Samir, the host, was very nice and friendly. He helped us with all questions about restaurants. We could park in front of the apartment. The apartment was 10/15 min walking distance from the downtown. Very close! Samir, we love you! 🤗

We booked this for our last night in Croatia. The apartment was very very stylish, and the first floor patio was awesome, with double sunbed where you can sunbathe or look at the sunset. It was nice to see that the sauna was finnish made Harvia :) It's an excellent choice, even though we didn't have the time to test it. Sukošan as a location was much quieter than Zadar or Split, which was a good thing. Last but not least, the breakfast was superb. Be ready to get your tummy full.
