Eagle House - verðlaunaða B&B and Apartment er staðsett í Eccleshall, í sögulegri byggingu, 18 km frá Trentham Gardens. Beautiful property with wonderful decor and furnishings, and superb comfort, especially the suitably cool interiors on this very hot weekend. I was in Eccleshall for a Christening party and those of us who stayed at Eagle House enjoyed a comfortable and sound night's sleep - unlike some of our party who stayed elsewhere - and an easy bathroom to freshen up. Lovely hosts who were welcoming, very helpful but also not intrusive. They seemed to have thought of everything I might need. I felt cocooned and really well looked after all weekend. Wish I could have stayed much longer! Thank you so much!

A very charming place in a lovely village. Very friendly and welcoming staff with a personal approach. All the necessary comforts. There's something very satisfying about staying in an inn... perhaps it's the history the building makes you think of, or the warmth of its busyness, or the pint you can pop down for... Not sure... but we loved the place!

I have stayed in my "Pub rooms" in small towns in the UK, and this was one of the best rooms in terms of space, decor, working heat and water and helpful staff. Also, they had a great electronic security entrances that made it better for coming in late after a play.

Stayed at High View with my daughter as we were visiting Alton Towers for her 19th birthday. These are beautiful cottages. Stunning grounds with lovely outdoor seating areas. My daughter and I sat out with drinks and snacks playing cards until almost midnight and were undisturbed. Immaculately clean rooms, beautifully decorated. All coffee tea facilities with cups, plus some glasses and glass tumblers. Fresh bottled water supplied for kettle. Shower perfect temp and flow, with lovely shampoo/conditioner etc supplied. Hairdryer in living room drawer. Towels displayed on bed tied up in ribbon. Lovely attention to detail. Cookies as welcome gift. Bedside lamp plus a fan if warm at night. WiFi was fast and good strong connection. TV in room with built in DVD player and a lovely little selection of DVDs in drawer to enjoy. Gorgeous beds, a real focal point and super comfy. Didn't want to get out of mine! Very quiet at night, no disturbances. Pre-booked breakfast. English breakfast, cooked to perfection. Also offered a choice of cereals and fruit juices. Cannot fault this place. Lovely family run business. Keely and her family are so friendly and welcoming and will go out of their way to help make your stay comfortable. Worth every penny and will definitely stay again. Thank you Keely for helping to add that special touch to my daughter's birthday treat. We will return :)
