They are kind, and generous (loaned us high vis jackets for our bike rides), sewing items to repair my slippers, and are excellent cooks. Breakfast was generous and very tasty. Local fish, fresh fruit, eggs, toast and preserves. Bed was perfect. So comfortable. Perfect location down near the pier.

He even let us use the charming guest area to give us a place to be/keep our luggage in the long wait between check out and ferry. So lovely to be regaled on the last day by Nicky's wife and son. Ba' is life! Our only regret was that we had booked tours before knowing that he offers guiding services!

Rysa House B&B has mountain and sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Stromness, 10 km from Standing Stones of Stenness. Accommodation for parties of 3 guests or more is... Marie was very nice, we had a big room and her cats were adorable. Nice breakfast with a beautiful view!

Karrawa Guest House is set in the town of Kirkwall, less than 1 mile from the town centre and within 2.5 miles of the airport and ferry terminal. Karrawa is a lovely home with a very comfortable guest room and an exquisitely appointed en-suite. Everything was so clean and Fyona was quite friendly snd welcoming. Our cooked breakfast was delicious. I wish we had been able to spend more time there.
