Lovely upgraded room as it was quiet, the two ladies on duty on the evening I stayed couldn't have been more helpful. Can't comment on food as I didn't eat there but breakfast was excellent.I would definitely go back.

First of all our host of Hotspur House Liz she is terrific , a very welcoming person and nothing to much for her . Breakfast superb . Location wise fantastic , a quiet village and not far from Hexham , Newcastle or even Durham . Our Deluxe room was excellent and clean, perfect beds . A lovely view over the village square from our bedroom ,the bathroom had a view over the garden. And last but not least a big thank you to Liz for making us feel at home (and we musn't forget to mention the homemade cookies , which we really liked.... ) We would like to recommend Hotspur House to everyone

The staff is wonderful, the rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need, and breakfast is phenomenal.

Dacre House, Gilsland on hommikusöögiga majutusasutus, mis asub Gilslandi ajaloolises hoones, Thirlwalli lossist 2,7 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on baar ja külalised saavad nautida jõevaateid. We loved staying here and wish we had booked in for two nights!

The Roxburgh Guest Accommodation asub Berwick-Upon-Tweedis, Spittali rannast 300 meetri ja Cocklawburni rannast 3 km kaugusel. Külalistemajas on hiljuti renoveeritud majutusruumid. Great breakfast and very nice hosts!

Really cosy, great staff and community owned. Recently renovated. Great views from all rooms and especially the dining room. The food (both dinner and breakfast) was really good as well! Great location for discovering hadrians wall and Northumberland.
