Less than 1 mile from Arbroath Abbey, Brucefield Boutique B&B offers luxurious rooms in a 1920s manor house. The whole experience was excellent, the hosts were super friendly and caring. The room was bright and clean and the garden was perfect to enjoy some relaxing time. We absolutely recommend to stay here if you have the opportunity.

With panoramic views of the countryside, Kescoweth bed and breakfast is surrounded by hiking trails, fishing spots and cycling routes. The breakfast room is large, spacious and homely, with a wood burning stove, beautiful views and the walls adorned with interesting artwork. An old piano has been artfully converted into a bookshelf. The breakfast was delicious and well-presented. Kescoweth is situated on acres of stunning countryside with uninterrupted views all around. There is a small playground and friendly, tame goats for petting, as well as horses in the nearby fields. I would have loved to extend my stay, this place is so special and relaxing. The bedroom was very comfortable, spacious, with good furniture and very interesting framed pictures and memorabilia. It is obvious the owners are dog lovers as they have a wonderful collection of original paintings and drawings of dogs on the walls of the hallway and stairs. I left with a big smile on my face and a determination to return soon.

Situated in the centre of Brechin, this traditional sandstone villa boasts free Wi-Fi and free parking. Agnes was accommodating for two people on bikes. Her breakfast is outstanding and the house is immaculate. This was one of my favorite places to stay in Scotland.

Nice and homely room very clean bed comfy shower ensuite very modern . Adam the owner was very welcoming and friendly . He thought we were coming to see the festival it was a bonus as we didn't know anything about it. Having the use of the kitchen was good microwave ,cooker, fridge freezer. great weekend. There is a Washing machine tumble dryer we didn't use it .

This property sits in its own private grounds in a rural area. It is peaceful and quiet. with free private parking. The property is 1/2 mile from Lunan Bay Beach. We had a perfect stay at Balnabrechan Lodge. Jules is a wonderful host, giving plenty of great recommendations of things to do, eat and places to go, including ongoing events. The lodge is just wonderful, everything you need is there, we loved that there is a bathtub. Places to sit outside and relax. The location is very close to the Lunan Bay and beach, which is extremely beautiful. A large sand beach for long walks. Absolutely everything was just perfect and we had a really great stay, we will be back next time for sure!
