First of all the hosts graciously helped us to get a cheap taxi from Murcia the capitcal to Mula. The driver Eduardo was very welcoming and was totally ok with my broken Spanish. Everyone went out of their way to make sure they understood me with this location. If you need a taxi ask about Eduardo. Google does not index the bus schedule from Mula to Murcia so check the Murcia - Caravaca line: (schedule is still valid as of 2022) https://mula.es/web/servicios-horario-de-las-lineas-de-autobuses-actualmente-vigente-fecha-de-publicacion-27-08-2021/ you can get around quite well with this line. This property itself is rich with history. Its located in the center of the town's historical district. It is a renovated winery or "Bodega". Ask the owners to set you up with a free tour of the Mula town. The guide speaks English and she will make you laugh and relay the deep history of the town. Every nook and cranny in this property has some interesting piece of art and history. For instance one of the breakfast rooms you can eat in has a large medieval painting (original) painting of the queen of Hungary that was already handing in the house when the Hosts bought the property. The breakfast is out of this world. Miguel squeezes the orange juice and cuts up fresh tomatoe sauce for your toast every morning. Fernanda made us the best eggs and Salsicha sausage. We never needed lunch after these breakfasts. Everything is perfect. The hosts are incredibly classy and accomodating. They made us feel like we were staying with family while giving us total privacy at the same time. If you stay here this will probably be the highlight of your trip becuase the whole town is full of nice, welcoming, polite people who seem willing to share their history and culture with outsiders. Don't sleep on this property book a room you won't regret it!

Nastanitev Sosiego Hostal de Mar je v mestu Puerto de Mazarrón, 6 min hoje od znamenitosti Plaža Playa de la Isla, in nudi hitro prijavo in odjavo, sobe za nekadilce, skupni prostor za druženje,... The hotel was very close to the port and main drag but the area was quiet. It is modern, very clean, tastefully decorated. The staff and the owner were friendly and paid attention to every detail. The bed was very comfortable. The lighting in the room was warm and cozy. The views from the terrace was amazing, sunset especially. The breakfast/kitchen room was quaint, great views.

We had an excellent time visiting Los Cuatro Vientos B&B. The house is beautiful, renovated with a lot of care and passion, and it's sparkling clean. The room was comfortable and warm, despite the cold weather outside. Richard and Steve are kind and welcoming hosts. They prepared a great dinner for us and helped make our celebration a great experience. We had a lovely chat with them in the cozy area by the wood burner with a glass of Jumilla wine. They also gave us great tips about the wineries and restaurants in the area. Highly recommend this place and would love to visit again!

Pensión Los Cisnes is 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and close to the bus station and Puerto de Mazarrón commercial area. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, TV and a private bathroom. The little fridge in the room was game changing. The persiana and bathroom worked perfectly fine.

Bar Pensión La Venta is located just 450 metres from the beach in Puerto de Mazarrón. This family-run hostel offers a 24-hour reception and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Friendly greeting on arrival. Super, super clean. Bottle of cold water, gratis, on arrival. Easy walking distance to beaches, port and restaurants (approx 10-20 mins). Supermarkets across the road. Comfy beds, extra clean towels and bedding. Shower good. A/c quiet. Hostess wished us 'good journey's on departure. Use if microwave, coffee machine and kettle in reception. Ease of booking in. Own key to come and go as we pleased.

Recently modernised hotel right in the heart of this beautiful town. Everything was new. Fluffy white towels, crisp bed linen and duvets. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

If someones looking for a nice place to stay in south Spain, then I am recommending that place 100%. Philip is one of the best hosts I have ever met. He will take care of you as best as he can. Nastanitev Casa Lumbreras se nahaja v mestu Esparragalico in nudi zunanji bazen, vrt, skupni prostor za druženje, teraso, bar ter razgled na gore. Visiting this place is like visiting family. The couple made as feel home within the very first minutes. The pool is amazing and clean. Homemade breakfast was also superb.
