I enjoyed the beautiful art, it actually feels like living in an art studio. The owner Barbara is the artist and very friendly.

This is a National Heritage building and was still under restoration but could be an excellent place when completed. We were comfortable, the place was clean and surroundings were quiet, the attached terrace was a great place for sitting outside to read and eat. Walking distance to everywhere.

The home is small, but extremely clean. He was very respectful of my space and my needs and I felt completely safe and comfortable. This is a property I would highly recommend to anyone looking to spend a day or two in San Jose. His local knowledge and willingness to share that and assist me was truly exceptional. I will encourage any family and friends heading to Costa Rica to start their trip with him.
