The room is basic but it has all you need for a short stay. The bed is really comfy. I would definitely stay there again if I'm back in San José.

First off, the hosts were the loveliest people. they made incredible breakfast and made me feel at home instantly. They also helped me book tours which was wonderful. Of course the view was amazing as well and our A-frame had two queen beds, it was much bigger inside than I expected.

From the moment we arrived, and were greeted by the whole family; our stay was a highlight of the trip. We were treated with such care and attention and felt it was very personal to us. The little cottage we stayed in was in the garden…beautifully private and quiet. We loved hearing the birds in the bushes and trees next to the terrace. The cottage was spotlessly clean and kitchen, although small, very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and although no air con…the fan worked very well.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is a family run business and they are the nicest people. It is not a fancy resort but is comfortable and clean. The pool is a great place to cool off. They have a nice outdoor sitting area and a feeding station where a lot of birds come to feed. They also make good food.
